Fort Collins, Colorado. Elton John joined the Rolling Stones on stage for "Honky Tonk Women" to open their concert, and stayed for the entire show. Mick Jagger: "We should have kicked him off the stage , but we didn't, it's because we're English." During the show, Mick Jagger introduced Elton John as "Reg from Watford." After the show the Stones turned down Elton's offer to take a helicopter back to the ranch for a barbeque.
